Recently, many European customers have reported to us that they received incorrect products or even did not receive any products at all. Here, we declare: 1. Our product prices are normal prices. If you see clothing sets priced at $9.9 or even lower, you should be vigilant to prevent being deceived; 2. We do not support cash on delivery. Products purchased from cash on delivery websites are not our store.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, please submit a support request via the "Contact Us" page. We accept cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped; cancellations will not be accepted if the order has already been dispatched.

Exchanges

If an exchange is not possible, you may return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.

Returns (if applicable)

All items are eligible for return, with the exception of sale items and intimate apparel. Customers have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to return items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Kyrels requires a receipt or proof of purchase. We will return the item to the manufacturer.

Consumers will not be charged shipping fees if the received item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received the item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund within a certain timeframe and automatically credit your original payment method (e.g., credit card).

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then, contact your bank, as there is often processing time involved. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us atservice@kyrels.com.
